Lovingly handcrafted in Singapore by Indian artist Kamalakshi, each piece reflects meticulous craftsmanship and care. 

About the artist:

Kamalakshi Saikia is an Indian artist based in Singapore.  Grew up in Assam, her extensive work on watercolour florals, over several decades, is a foil for her work with the abstract and the experimental, the latter being a legacy from her days as a textile designer with Satya Paul. 

Today, she works out of her studio in Singapore, creating designs on cloth, paper, canvas, and other materials. Experimenting with different surface design techniques – dyeing, stamping, printing, applying resists, stencilling, stitching, and embellishing, amongst others – she most enjoys pushing at the edges of possibility.


Care Instruction:
Hand wash with soft detergent/soap in cold water.
Hang dry in shade. Iron/steam (low to medium heat) garments on the reverse side.
Do not machine wash or dry clean.  Colours may run for the first few washes. 
Do not wash products together with other light colours items.
Avoid soaking the product.
